| John gave a
seminar to the senior management of AT&T's Learning and Development
team while I was Executive Director.
Our team was going through some
significant and stressful changes during a time of industry
upheaval, regular layoffs and the impending merger with Comcast.
While most of the training team was very skeptical about attending
some "touchy feel new age" event, everyone was pleasantly surprised
to find John's content and delivery so professional and directly
targeted at our situation and needs.
Our team rated the event a 9.8
our of 10 and we incorporated much of what we learned into regular
strategies that helped us improve our thinking, decision making and
overall results.
I am now working to bring John into a similar event for Time Warner.
Where I am now head of training.
Please feel free to call me at 303.358.6814 if you have further

"When John McKenna introduced me to his nutrition
program, I just felt lousy."
My
intestinal function was all messed up, which left me
feeling very uncomfortable and tired. I wasn’t sleeping
well. My concentration and eyesight were giving me
problems at work. I was sixty pounds overweight. I
felt that my life was out of control in many ways.
John gently coached me through those first weeks of his
program, and I felt the results! Within the first 24
hours, my digestive system had corrected itself. I
expected results, but not that quickly!
I
soon met with others who were following John’s method,
and I knew I had found friendship with caring people,
people who would mentor and support me so I could share
this with others, too.
After about a month, I realized I was accomplishing much
more at work. I have a job that entails a lot of
variety and constant juggling of priorities. I had
previously had a difficult time sticking to any one
project to see it to completion, and I had to put in
extra hours to finish month-end work on time. Now, I
was getting it all done, feeling really great about
work, and leaving at five everyday, knowing I had taken
control of my day in an efficient manner.
Without specifically trying to, I have nearly stopped
eating sweets, and I’ve lost more than twenty pounds so
far. Reaching for healthy foods seems to be automatic
these days. I know I will reach my goal weight while
obtaining better and better health at the same time. I
have more energy now, and I am sleeping soundly and
waking refreshed.
Thanks, John McKenna! I’ve got my life back, and I love
sharing my success with other people! I would enjoy
hearing from you.
